Day 1 Los Angeles - Parker (246 miles / 394 km)
Start with exploring the Joshua Tree National Park and after lunch in Twenty Nine Palms ride on across the desert. Just before you arrive in Parker cross the Colorado River; the natural border between California and Arizona.

Day 2 Parker - Prescott (142 miles / 227 km)
Today you leave Parker and pass Salome (where you can have breakfast in the famous “Cactus Bar”), Aguila and Congress to reach Prescott National Forest. Those of you who love those challenging curves will definitely be pleased. The day ends in Prescott. In the evening, visit the famous “Whisky Row” (the name that needs no further explanation).

Day 3 Prescott - Gray Mountain (135 miles / 216 km)
Head out and visit the old mining town of Jerome in the morning, don't forget the to visit the “Ghost Town”. Then, of to ride Red Rock Country, where see the most breathtaking view. After you pass the stunning Oak Creek Canyon you’ll reach Gray Mountain – a great stop for this motorcycle tour day.

Day 4 Gray Mountain – Williams (125 miles / 200 km)
Get ready to explore one of the most famous wonders of the world: the Grand Canyon. You can make several stops along the south rim. Be sure to visit the Imax Theatre, featuring a spectacular film about this natural wonder. Also try a cool helicopter flight over the canyon, a real must. At the end of the day you and your bike are in Williams. You can get a hotel just along route 66.

Day 5 Williams - Las Vegas (233 miles / 373 km)
Time to head down “The Mother Road”. A day full of nostalgia, so get your kicks! Try riding Historic Route 66 through Seligman to Hackberry, where you can visit the Old Route 66 Visitor Centre. On through Kingman and the Hoover Dam. At the end of the day you get to the famous gambling city of Las Vegas, Spend atleast two nights in this motorcycl tour city.

Day 6 Las Vegas (0 miles)
Take the day to explore Las Vegas. Ride the rollercoaster of hotel New York, New York, see the Harley Davidson Café or the Luxor Hotel. Experience the sea battle at Hotel Treasure Island, the volcanic eruption at The Mirage and the immense fountains of the Bellagio. Even climbing the Eiffel Tower. Because, after all, Vegas is the capital of entertainment.

Day 7 Las Vegas - Ridgecrest (217 miles / 348 km)
Leave Las Vegas via The Strip in the early morning. Have your breakfast in the Crow Bar in Shoshone. Subsequently, venture into the impressive heat of Death Valley, where you'll be maiking stops at places like Badwater & Artist Palet and Furnace Creek Ranch. The final leg of the day leads to Ridgecrest via Panamint Springs.

Day 8 Ridgecrest - Mammoth Lakes (154 miles / 247 km)
Time to leave the desert and head up towards the Sierra Nevadas through Lone Pine at the base of Mount Whitney, Big Pine and Bishop to reach today's final destination; Mammoth Lakes. This is a quite popular winter resort but is definitely also worth a visit in the summer.

Day 9 Mammoth Lakes - Sonora (178 miles/ 285 km)
Via the impressive Tioga Pass enter Yosemite National Park. However, if it's early or late in the season, the snow may force you to take another pass and take a detour to Sonora. Explore Yosemite in the afternoon or during the next day.

Day 10 Sonora - San Francisco (190 miles / 304 km)
Depending on the course of the previous day, you might want to start with a visit of Yosemite National Park and push on towards the Pacific Coast a little later. Enter San Francisco through the famous Golden Gate Bridge and if you have time, you can make a short motorcycle tour ride through Napa Valley, the famous California wine area.

Day 11 San Francisco (0 miles)
The entire day to spend discovering San Francisco. See Alcatraz, Fisherman's Wharf, China town, Union Square and don't forget to ride the Cable Car. “Frisco” is a sparkling and interesting city with plenty of things on offer.

Day 12 San Francisco - San Simeon (208 miles / 333 km)
From San Francisco take spectacular roads to the Big Basin Redwoods State Park. Through Monterey, known for Cannery Row, head on via the famous Pacific Coast Highway 1. Through places like Big Sur, Ragged Point and Point Lobos reach today's final destination: San Simeon.

Day 13 San Simeon - Santa Monica (259 miles / 415 km)
Leave the coast and follow the route inland for your final ride to Los Angels. Cross the Sierra Madre Mountains and reach Frazier Park through Cuyama and Ventucopa. Try a hotel in the centre of Santa Monica, the large number of restaurants, shops and bars in the lively Third Street Promenade will guarantee a fitting closure to this tour.
